Therigy Knowledge Network Support

The Therigy Knowledge Network (TKN) is Therigy's learning management system (LMS) that was created to provide our users with the tools and resources needed to learn more about our product and services.

Request a New TKN Account

Your pharmacy manager or system administrator must submit the Training Request Form or complete the online form within TKN. All new requests will be added within 24 hours after verification of the new user's verification. Please note that your user name and password for TKN will be different from your user name and password for TherigySTM.

Trouble Signing In?

If you have an account but are having trouble signing, visit the Retrieve Password hyperlink in the top navigation. Enter either your user name ("firstname_lastname") or your email address to reset the account and resend your user name and password. You will have 30 minutes from the time you initiate the process to click on the link in the email to reset your account.

Help! I can't find what I need!

There are two ways to search within this site. You can search all trainings (the search feature in the blue navigation), which only retrieves the courses where your search query matches what's in the course description (visible on the home page under My trainings). Once you are in a course, you can search the contents of that course using the search box in the grey box in the top right corner of the course (below the navigation bar).
